Actility and Simfony unite

Actility and Simfony unite to provide MNO’s and MVNO’s an integrated solution for LoRaWAN® and Cellular IoT networks management.

Actility and Simfony both known for their leading role in providing IoT Platforms, announced today to intensify their collaboration to satisfy growing Cellular IoT and LoRaWAN® management demands effectively by joining the best forces and capabilities from each company.

In 2018 Actility and Simfony started their partnership when Actility launched its multi-technology IoT platform: ThingPark Wireless for LTE. The partnership with Simfony allowed Actility to offer Cellular IoT (NB-IoT and LTE-M) and LoRaWAN connectivity management through a single unified interface to MNO’s and MVNO’s.

The new partnership brings together the best-in-class technology, whereby MNO’s and MVNO’s can benefit from the combination of both platforms’ capabilities and strengths. As there is no unique IoT technology capable of covering all vertical use cases, it is necessary for MNO’s and MVNO’s to supply radio agnostic solutions and network infrastructures. As a result of the partnership between the two companies use cases can now be addressed through one single platform that can be delivered completely branded from the cloud or on premise.

Through this partnership, Actility and Simfony are proud to offer one IoT platform service, a new one-stop solution that provides Cellular IoT and LoRaWAN connectivity including the companies, device management, professional services to integrate existing or new systems, and managed services to run the entire IoT environment for any organization.

“Jointly Cellular IoT and LoRaWAN technology will unlock the potentials, create new values and push the limits of today’s infrastructural boundaries. We are proud to be expanding on our long-standing relationship with Simfony as we move forward to provide MNO’s and MVNO’s an integrated Low-Power Wide-Area Networks (LPWAN) end-to-end solution portfolio for the best user experience”

said Olivier Hersent, CEO of Actility Group.

Joachim de Wild“We are excited about this partnership with Actility, who is the recognized as the leader in Low-Power Wide-Area Networks (LPWAN) industrial-grade connectivity solutions. This partnership allows Simfony to now also offer its MNO and MVNO customers on top of our Full MVNO stack and IoT connectivity platform best of class LoRa capabilities. said Joachim de Wild, CEO of Simfony.
